Who I am & What I Collect
This website is operated by Astaudan BV (BTW BE1014.564.966). I’m responsible for the personal data you submit directly to me (for example when you contact me via a form or email). In addition, Base44 may collect certain technical data about your visit (like IP, device info, cookies) as part of providing the website platform. Base44’s own privacy policy applies to that processing. You can find it here: https://base44.com/privacy-policy. I do not intentionally collect sensitive data. If you send it, I’ll treat it with care. I use your personal data only to (a) respond to your messages, (b) maintain and secure the site, and (c) comply with legal obligations when required. Under the GDPR, my legal bases include (i) your consent when you contact me, (ii) my legitimate interest in operating and securing this site, and (iii) legal obligations where applicable. No selling of data. No secret ad empire. I may share your data with service providers (for example hosting or analytics) who help run the site. If data is transferred outside the EU, it’s only done with appropriate safeguards in place per law and Base44’s policy. I keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond or follow up. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security.
